Welcome to Easy Steps Physiotherapy! We are a private physiotherapy service dedicated to supporting children from 0-17 years old, providing bespoke, family-centered care to help your child reach their potential. Founded by Hema and Steph, two experienced paediatric physiotherapists, we bring extensive expertise from acute, community, and outpatient settings.

We ensure that all children are treated holistically across a range of specialities and are passionate about providing personalised, evidence-based care in a supportive, family-centered environment.

Neuro Developmental

Developmental Delay in gross & fine motor play

For children who have difficulty in gross motor development (walking, running, negotiating stairs, hopping, skipping, jumping, climbing, throwing and catching) or fine motor play (stacking, threading, handwriting) For children who need additional support or adaptations for activities such as dressing, cutlery, tying shoes, buttons, we partner with an occupational therapist who can support your child to meet their goals.

Developmental support for babies born prematurely

Our therapists have experience working in neonatal intensive care, special care and supporting early development in community settings. For babies who need additional support to reach their potential, we are able to offer individualised support to help your baby reach their potential.

Dyspraxia (Developmental Coordination Disorder)

For children who have difficulty with balance and coordination, regular trips and falls, or difficulty with advanced gross motor skills such as running, skipping, hopping, throwing and catching.

Global Developmental Delay

For children who need developmental support in more than one area (speech, gross motor, fine motor) we partner private therapy providers who will be able to support your child depending on their individual needs.
