All physiotherapy services are provided by qualified professionals registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Easy Steps Physiotherapy provides paediatric physiotherapy services for children aged 0-17 years. Our services include assessments, treatment sessions, and advice for a range of conditions including developmental, musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions.

All physiotherapy services are provided by qualified professionals registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Appointments and Cancellations

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked via our online booking system, by email, or telephone. All appointments are subject to availability. We will confirm your appointment by email or telephone.

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged the full appointment fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. The full appointment fee will still apply.

Fees and Payment

Our current fees are listed on our website and are subject to periodic review. We reserve the right to update our pricing with reasonable notice to our clients.

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and certain insurance providers.

Insurance Claims

If you are claiming through insurance, you remain responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. We recommend checking your coverage details before booking your appointment.

Medical Information and Consent

Parental Consent

Treatment for children under 18 requires consent from a parent or legal guardian. By booking an appointment and attending with your child, you are providing consent for assessment and treatment.

With your consent, we may communicate with your child's other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. You have the right to restrict or withdraw this consent at any time.

Liability

Easy Steps Physiotherapy and its practitioners exercise all reasonable care in providing services, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Physiotherapy, like any healthcare service, carries inherent risks.

We maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance as required by our regulatory bodies.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings while on our premises.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

We keep clinical records for periods required by law and professional guidelines (8 years for adults, until a child's 25th birthday or 8 years after last treatment, whichever is longer).
